Is a booth included in my exhibitor/sponsor package?

As an exhibitor, can I have my logo in the exhibitor listing on the ISC 2018 website?

This is a benefit only available to sponsors. If you are interested in upgrading to a sponsorship package, please contact Ms. Anna Schachoff at anna.schachoff@isc-group.com.

 

Additionally, you can purchase an online banner to increase your company's visibility on our website. If interested, please contact Ms. Anna Schachoff.

How can I access the ISC 2018 attendee list?

The attendee list is included in all sponsorship packages and can be purchased by ISC 2018 exhibitors through the Exhibitor Portal.

 

You will be able to download the list from the Exhibitor Portal starting from May 23, 2018. The list will be updated automatically once someone registers and opts in to share their contact details with our sponsors and exhibitors. 

 

Important! Privacy Policy (Attendee List): The contact data contained on the ISC 2018 pre-registration list is proprietary and may not be sold. This information is provided to sponsors/exhibitors as part of their exhibitor or sponsor agreement and is only for use in email campaigns to promote the Exhibitor’s/Sponsor’s participation at ISC 2018. The Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees that they will not disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce, sell, loan, or retain any portion of the attendee email list in any form whatsoever. The attendee list is to be used only by the end of the ISC 2018 event.

Is co-exhibitor registration mandatory?

Yes, please refer to this page for further details. 

Do I need to register booth staff?

Yes, all participants attending ISC 2018 must be registered. Upon arrival each participant must check in personally at the registration desk to receive a badge. No access will be granted without a badge. 

How do I register my booth staff?

Registration will be available in March 2018. For more information, please visit our website

Do I need a special badge for build-up/dismantle days?

Yes, badges are required for build-up and dismantle days. Please click here for more details. 

Can I invite/register guests with the passes included in my package?

Yes, you can apply the passes that are included in your package to any staff or guest of your choice. Registration will be available in March 2018. For more information, please visit our website.

Can I send my exhibit materials directly to the event center?

No, any shipments sent to the event center will be forwarded to  the event warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense.

Is there security provided for my booth?

General fire safety and security for the exhibition hall will be maintained during the move-in, exhibition and move-out days. Additional security services must be provided by the exhibitor. For more information on how to order security personnel for your booth, follow this link

Can I serve alcoholic drinks at my booth?

ISC 2018 regulations prohibit the distribution of alcoholic beverages in the exhibition hall, unless the exhibitor ordered such services from Accente Gastronomie Service GmbH.

 

Can I serve food at my booth?

ISC 2018 regulations prohibit the distribution of food in the exhibition hall, unless the exhibitor ordered such services from Accente Gastronomie Service GmbH.

Can I have music at my booth?

Yes, as long as it does not disturb any neighboring booths. If any sound is too loud or offensive, you may be asked to turn it down or off. Please note: It is not allowed to play any music which is protected by the music authors rights society (GEMA).

When can I start building my booth?

Please refer to the exhibition time schedule  or this map for further information.

When can I dismantle my booth?

As early as Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 6:30pm. Please refer to the exhibition time schedule for further information.

Is there catering provided for exhibitors in the exhibition hall?

Yes, the following catering is provided for exhibitors in the exhibition hall:

 

Monday, June 25, 2018 3pm to 8:30pm Coffee break and Reception
Tuesday, June 26, 2018 10am to 6pm  Coffee break morning, lunch and coffee break afternoon
Wednesday, June 27, 2018 10am to 6pm  Coffee break morning, lunch and coffee break afternoon

 

If you would like something outside of these hours, please check the nearby Skyline mall.

Can I bring food or drinks into the event center?

Only for personal use and only during build-up and dismantling hours. Otherwise, please place your order with Accente Gastronomie Service GmbH.

 

Please note: food delivery personnel will not be allowed inside the exhibition hall.

Is catering provided during build-up and dismantle?

On Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24, 2018 lunch can be purchased at the Cucina canteen from 11:30am-2:00pm. The Cucina canteen is located near the west side of Hall 3, in the building “Dependance”.

On Sunday evening, June 24, 2018 from 6:30pm until 7:30pm, a service-trolly will provide sandwiches and water for booth builders in the exhibition hall free of charge while stocks last (first come, first served).

Please note: food delivery personnel will not be allowed inside the exhibition hall.

How can I access the event center to build up my booth?

Please pick up build-up badges at Gate 1 (Tor 1) on the South side or Gate 8 (Tor 8) on the North side of Hall 3.0. Event badges can be picked up at the registration desk in the Foyer of Hall 3.0. 

 

The official build-up day for all exhibitors is Sunday, June 24. Sponsors and booths larger than 24 sqm are allowed to build-up on Saturday, June 23. Please also have a look at the exhibition time schedule

 

What are the daily opening times of the event center during ISC?

The event center will be open at 7:30am and will close at 8:00pm daily. For exhibition hall hours, please refer to the exhibition time schedule

How and when can I access my meeting room?

What is the dress code for ISC 2018?

The dress code is semi-casual. 

When and where will the next ISC High Performance take place?

In 2019 and 2020, ISC High Performance will take place in Frankfurt. Save the dates!
